Nokia
N97 and N97 Mini users who possess branded handsets that have not yet
received the awaited 21 Firmware upgrade can sleep a little easier
tonight with the release of Ramblow 1.0, a memory management and
maintenance application just released. Don't get me wrong. This app
is great for any phone, but particularly useful for anyone running a
newish device with young firmware that still has bugs, memory leaks,
and memory optimization yet to be done by the manufacturer.

talking about adaptive technology more than a decade ago, and until
just recently, he was still advising Perkins Products on new
developments.”

LG

from 2009. The Korean company expects to ship about 20 smartphones in
2010 but says that "more than half" of the smartphones it ships will
run Android, such as the GT540 unveiled at CES. Only a minority will run either Windows Mobile or Linux.
Nokia,
the world’s largest maker of mobile phones, said on Thursday that its
profit rose 60 percent in the fourth quarter as cost-cutting measures
and an increasing share of the smartphone market helped offset a
decline in revenue.
The company also said it expected
industry sales to climb 10 percent this year, signaling a budding
recovery in one of the world’s main technology sectors.
On Friday, January 29, 2010, United States District Court Judge Charles R. Breyer will hear a motion on whether a blind law school graduate will receive the accommodations she needs on the February 2010 California Bar Examination. This hearing, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 8, 19th Floor, at the Phillip Burton United States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, stems from a suit filed on November 3, 2009
alleging that The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE)
discriminates against blind and low vision law school graduates. The
suit charges that the NCBE is violating Title III of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's
civil rights law by denying accommodations on the Multistate Bar Exam
(MBE) and the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE).
